Working with fine detail every millimeter, there was no room for error. 

FLOS, Nocturnal, Articolo Lighting, Carbon ZETR powerpoints & 14 diffrent vintage lights were installed throughout this project. Not to mention the numerous commissioned Neon artworks by the likes of Nell & Rod McLeish’s. 

The house was originally controlled by Clipsal CBUS, so we kept the backbone of this system to minimize cost, but added Control4 so the entire house could be controlled by one centralized platform. Integrating the Audio, Security, Intercom, AC, Pool, Blinds etc. 

Sonance invisible speakers were installed in multiple areas of the house for discreet Audio, and a Future Automation drop down TV lift was installed in the master bedroom for an uninterrupted view of the ocean.

This project was truly something else, pictures speak louder than words.
