“ This spacious Woollahra home for a busy family of five was full to the brim! Built in 2000 the house was suffering from personality confusion. Through guiding principles of function, comfort and harmony our concept was “Creative Refinement”, a curated visual rhythm. “

This home consisted of an existing DYNALITE Automation system that was dated & needed some TLC. We replaced any equipment that was damaged & installed CONTROL4 on top giving full control of the homes Lighting, Security, Audio, & Comforts.

Adding additional Dynalite switches where needed & relocating existing to suit the new room layout.

We installed a full Ubiquiti Wi-Fi network system throughout the home to give the family fast, strong & reliable internet connectivity throughout for their busy connected lifes.

Custom LED installed within all joinery accompanied with door IR Sensor switches giving that extra luxe with practicality, especially with the backlit master robe mirror detail.

We had the pleasure of installing some spectacular pendants by the names of Christopher Boots, Articolo, Flos & not to mention the vintage french crystal chandeliers throughout.

A back to brick renovation meant new lighting & power positions were installed to align with the new furniture layout in all rooms of this home.

A full Audio upgrade was installed where we used the Sonance Stealth ceiling speakers with sound isolating enclosures in rooms that aesthetically wouldn’t suit a speaker to the eye, as well as keeping the noise from traveling to the above rooms to a minimum.

Episode Speakers were installed in the majority of rooms in pairs, & we also created a 5.1 surround for the TV room accompanied by a Sonos ARC & Sub.

New SONOS Amps were upgraded in most zones but some existing series 2 Sonos amps were kept for rooms with just a single Stereo speaker to reduce costs.
