Full renovation of this country home that’s been in the same family for tens of years to revive the love for long family weekend stays away from the city hussle.

Keeping in with the original features of this home, careful thought had to be put into the scope.

Existing CBUS Automation meant we kept this, but installed new Clipsal Zen switches & additional lighting loads to the system. There were parts of the home that didn’t have Cbus installed, this was kept to a traditional 230v switching method. 

Majority of the Lighting & Power got rewired, floor heating installed in all wet areas & a strong Wi-fi network installed internally & externally to the grounds via the Satellite Starlink.

This home was primarily heated via the ceiling radiant heating mats before a ducted AC system was installed on this renovation. A full safety audit was carried out on the radiant heating system for any damage matting due to the risk of scorching.
