Made up of two separate adjoining buildings, formerly the Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation in Sydney's Paddington, a space that served as an art gallery with an auction house at the rear.

The space was reconfigured to host a new and diverse array of functions, including a film production studio for See-Saw Films and a not-for-profit Papua New Guinean weaving venture, Among Equals. With this type of use, data was key for reliability and speed: roughly 350 data cables were installed throughout, back to a central hub housing the main data cabinet, smart automation and amps for audio.

We used Dynalite alongside DALI lighting throughout, automated by Control4 to control and manage the entire building's services from one platform.
