The full electrical and lighting installation for a residential renovation in East Ryde, for SCOT Build, in collaboration with Charmaine Pang Architect.
The project reworked a compact post-war home for a family of four, opening the living, kitchen and dining areas into a connected, open-plan space and improving the flow out to the garden. The existing bathroom was reconfigured to better serve the household.
The scope covered the complete electrical installation and lighting fit-out across the renovated areas, supporting the new open-plan layout and the project’s focus on natural light, ventilation and connection to the outdoors.
